Therefore, the payment of this charges and the accomplishment of the related formalities are the responsibility of the Buyer.<\/p>\n<h2>4 &#8211; Billing<\/h2>\n<p>Invoices will be issued only if requested at the time of order, <strong>indicating the VAT number.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>5 &#8211; 6 working days for the EU area<\/strong> (excluding Malta and Cyprus) and <strong>5 to 9 working days for the non-EU area<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>7 &#8211; Packing prices<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Prices include<\/strong> the <strong>specific packaging costs<\/strong> for bottles as well, where required.<\/p>\n<h2>8 &#8211; Payment and Delivery<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Payment<\/strong> terms and <strong>start date<\/strong> of order:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment terms: via <strong>PayPal<\/strong> or <strong>advance bank transfer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Orders are effective from: <strong>immediately for payments made via PayPal<\/strong> and <strong>upon receipt of bank transfer<\/strong> for payments made <strong>via bank<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>9 &#8211; Withdrawal after Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>In the event the <strong>right of withdrawal<\/strong>, pursuant to the terms set out above, is exercised <strong>after receipt of the goods<\/strong>, the Seller\u00a0reserves the right to directly contact the customer in order to agree to the procedures and timing for picking up the goods.<\/p>\n<p>The costs for returning the goods will be charged to the Buyer.
